During the consultation with Dr.Jessica, I was informed that the total bill, would be $760. When I inquired about any additional consultation fees, I was assured that there were none. However, upon completion of the treatment (injection), I was presented with a bill of $960 at the reception. I expressed my concern about the discrepancy, and eventually, the final amount was adjusted to $900. This is clearly dishonest pricing practices.
I should have carefully reviewed the reviews beforehand.

Both the reception and medical service were amazing! I was a bit worried because of the reviews, but I was so relieved as soon as I had a phone call with the receptionist.
I had trouble finding the place, and she helped me finding the way over the phone. (don’t trust google maps, find the actual George street and follow the number)
I had no wait bc I had a reservation and other was a to the point, efficient visit!
Dr. Kim was very sweet and gave me a proper advice and prescription.

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Jessica. I went in with a stomachache seeking medical advice, but the related consultation only lasted about 3 minutes. Instead, she spent unnecessary time discussing tennis which felt like a tactic to prolong the appointment. As a result, I was charged $120 for what felt like a complete waste of time. This feels like a complete scam. Unfortunately, this has happened not just once, but multiple times now. I strongly advise against seeking treatment from her !

they do business with patients, keep pushing to get test if its just flu or covid even if jessica used covid kit
when I call them to book there, i asked about the price, nurse said $85 ,i feel like everytime price is different so i wanted to call with korean nurse or doctor, and then one korean boy said its $75
And then after see a doctor,when i pay, nurse said its $120
She said because of long consultation
They didnt even said about long consultation fee, also when i see a doctor, jessica was keep pushing to get a test,thats why spent 10min for consultation lmaoo
I feel like i have travel visa, so she wanna over charge ; she said anyway i can get back the money back from insurance
I really cant trust this hospital anymore,I dont even know how she became a doctor
This is just ridiculous hospital ,, if you wanna lose your money, go this hospital to meet jessica
Even if i die if pain, I never gonna go this one ever again

Dr Jessica Lee was very professional on all occasions. I had Botox and Collagen injections to make my face look better. Several appointments were necessary. Now I look a lot better. As they say; you get what you pay for.

First time visited, great experience in this dental medical centre.
