While the clinic and reception can have some technical issues, overall Next Practice offer a lovely, inclusive service, with an incredible team of staff.
I especially recommend Dr Janelle Hall, who has been helping me with my hormones and medical troubles for the past 3 years. She's so supportive, and will go out of her way to make sure you're getting the most comfortable medical attention possible!

I had an appointment booked for some months. I work as a critical indecent MHW and was working the afternoon and night callout. I received a text telling me to call them to confirm appointment . I was unable to call and break was after their closing time . I woke up to a text advising my appointment had bern cancelled . These are very greedy doctors. They are all about the money. I Do not recommend.

One of the best healthcare experiences I've had in Australia. No waiting time really before I went in to see the GP. It felt like the GP was really invested in me. A few hours later he emailed me some more information that was of interest.

I also got my bloods taken within 5 minutes of coming out from my consult with the GP, which is insane. Normally in other clinics I've waited at least 30 minutes or much longer.

The technology was awesome! I have already had a few friends to use this clinic and they had a similar experience.

The care team are lovely! And its super convenient. It means my GP is down the road from my office building and I can go there during a lunch break. They sent me my blood test results and my referral on the app instead of a locked email. Would highly recommend.

FINALLY I found a GP that I like! I’ve been seeing Dr. Janelle Hall for over a year now and can’t be happier. She’s kind, caring, competent and more importantly patient! She listens, really listens! (Unlike most doctors that I’ve seen who were too quick to prescribe meds etc.). She helped me with a few issues I had in the past. Always has trial of meds handy (which is great to see if it’s the right one for you before committing esp. if the med is expensive to buy only to find out side effects etc.) . Such a lovely humble human being! She’s so easy to talk to and I always feel comfortable discussing my issues. Also the coolest doctor in my opinion. 😉 Highly recommend her and the next practice.

Great doctors office I looked all over on google before choosing one and this one seemed the most professional. My doctor genuinely listens and and seems to actually care about my well being. And the practice themselves have amazing customer service. Going the extra mile to make sure I’m taken care of, and the expenses are reasonable as well. All in all id say a standard of excellence.
