This practice is so great. The doctors are very kind, efficient and professional.
The administration team are lovely and there is a nurse in house ,which is a big plus..no waiting for jabs or blood tests.
All three generations of my family go here and we wouldn't dream of going elsewhere.
The skin checks are done with state of the art diagnostic tools and Dr Alex is extremely thorough.

We started visiting Mira and Alex Andric at Bridgeside Medical Centre in 2016 after recommendations from friends and we are extremely happy with the service we get. They are both really thorough, knowledgeable, professional and approachable. They are extremely proactive about recommendations to maintain your health such as bone density scans, vaccinations for shingles, pneumonia etc. There is also a Molemax machine for performing thorough checks for skin cancer.
We really appreciate having an excellent and efficient nurse on hand to do blood tests, give vaccinations etc.
We have always found the reception staff to be efficient, helpful and friendly.
We have no hesitation in highly recommending Bridgeside Medical Centre.

We were very appreciative of the Practice assisting us in obtaining prescriptions for my wife who wasn’t able to get to the Medical Practice herself.
I would like to add that we tried several times calling the medical practice and we were not successful so I went personally to the Practice to see someone. It might be helpful if possibly someone could be hired to attend exclusively to appointments being looked after over the phone, teleconsultations etc. it is so convenient being able to call Bridgeside Medical to arrange a teleconference especially for repeat prescriptions, a letter of referral to a Specialist etc. Thank you.

Our family have been seeing Dr Alex for several years now. We are always very happy with the service given by Dr Alex, he has a wealth of experience and makes you feel very at ease. The receptionist Emily is lovely and very professional..she has helped us many times with changing times and dates for appointments and also multiple vaccinations, a big thanks to her for her patience and attention to our requests. It's a pleasure to come to this medical centre. I highly recommend this practice.

Rude doctor, opposite of caring.

I visited during covid lock down and express my metal distress and was hoping I can get help, perhaps refer to some professional consultation.

The comment I got was, “ I don’t understand you what you unhappy with, and you live with your partner right? it’s unfair to your partner”

I don’t want to see her ever again. Looking back I should have had said something.
