All good. Doctors are really nice in this center. Also pathology nurse is really good and empathic. Best medical experience in Sydney so far. Good for student and private health cover.

We walked into this clinic without notice as I had a child fall sick while on holiday. The receptionist was able to find us an appointment within 2 hours with Dr Edward Teo.
Dr Teo was really lovely - he was kind and understanding with the kids, he never appeared rushed, he took his time making observations rather than jumping to conclusions, and gave us a script for the antibiotics we needed.
Three days later he even did a phone follow-up to make sure she was OK. Dr Teo is a genuinely kind doctor who cares.

Dr Hannah Lee is the best Doctor I’ve ever had. Kind, caring, experienced and knows her stuff. Dr Lee has been my GP for approx 7 years now and sorted a range of complex issues out for me. Highly recommend!

This is the worst nurses I have ever met!!

I arrived at 9:11am for the blood test, and the reception asked me to go the the lab and take a number, and then wait outside the lab.

I took the number, and there are only 1 nurses and 1 patient in the lab.

At 9:28am, the nurse came out, walked to the reception, chat with them, and then go to another room.

At 9:30am she came back to the lab, and I asked her “May I know how many people are in front of me? As I have another appointment at 10:30am.”

She looked at my number, and said impatient “Maybe 1 or 2, or 4 or 5. I have patient now. If you don’t have time, you should come another day.”

Interesting, if you have patient in the lab, why you came out and chatting with other girls in reception? And I just want to know how many people are in front of me, I’m the person can make the decision if I should wait or change another day. And for an elderly person, it’s very difficult to move to this transportation is not convenient place.

Nerve came again. If you don’t want to be treated like this, DO NOT COME HERE.

Dr Daniel Lee was very kind, professional and was thorough with asking questions relating to my grandchild's concern yesterday, regarding her assessment and even went further just to rule out any further worry a referral to be sure!! I waited for half an hour after informing the receptionist, who did not notify the physiotherapist of my arrival. The physiotherapist was understanding and clarified that she had not been informed. I have attended nine sessions and am a regular patient at this clinic.

Friendly, processional and super helpful. Offered a variety of treatment suggestions, including a script for optional antibiotics (to be used if the other treatments failed). Offices were clean and modern, and over half the consult fee was covered by medicare (making it one of the more affordable clinics in the CBD)
