Highly recommend this clinic! It was clean, I was seen on time. I made the appointment the day before over the phone and it was super easy compared to the clinic near where I live where I can never get an appointment. I saw Joely who was lovely and calming and made me feel at ease. She was informative as well.

I had a really terrible experience with nurse Jo who was judgemental, condescending and unprofessional. She did not provide any advice on how to deal with my health concern but rather provided her unwanted judgments and insensitive commentary.

Wow what great service! I booked an appointment to have my implant replaced and was seen right on time. The team there are incredibly friendly and helpful - I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Friendly experience with Toni who had the expertise needed. Receptionist was lovely and efficient too. Place is modern and clean. And easy to get an appt compared to other boroughs.

So far, I have had only good experience with this clinc. Most of the time, it's impossible to get appointments for the day after in Central London clinics, but this one seems not to be so busy and helped me get assessed faster. Seems efficient and respectful. Hopefully, it will stay like this.

I went to the clinic laat week and I must admit that Ms. Bent was the most professional and efficient nurse I have ever met. She genuinely cares about her job and it was done in an effortless manner. It is never a pleasant experience but she truly made a massive difference so I am very grateful I got to be seen by her. She is a precious gem and a credit to the NHS.

Having just moved back to the UK from America, even with strikes and budget cuts the NHS is an absolute Godsend. Staff here were all so friendly, I was seen 15 mins early, I felt very respected and safe even in a typically uncomfortable appointment due to the exposing nature. Cannot recommend this clinic enough, thank you to all the staff who are true heroes in the health field.
