Both my children have been swimming at 5 star Niagara park since they were babies. The calibre of instructors is amazing. All of them are very well trained. They are super lovely and accommodating, on time and really work well with the children to reach their swimming goals. We are so happy with 5 star and have seen so much confidence and progress in our children. They really are teaching them how to safely swim. Thank you Reece and the team

Love the swim teachers, Alex on a Thursday is amazing. My daughter very active and Alex has the patience with my child. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting their kids learn to swim

Such a fantastic centre. My son had had a few incidents at another centre of water up the nose and disliked submersion. Your centre has made swimming fun and exciting for him again thanks to your amazing staff! Saturday swim class is now one of his favourite times of the week!

We have been attending swim classes with our son weekly for over two years here as the staff are wonderful. A few weeks ago we had a scary incident at home where our son, now nearly 3, fell in our pool without an adult nearby. He was able to get his head above water, turn and paddle back to the edge, when help arrived. I’m really glad we chose this swim school.

Very impressed by the staff here. We’ve had Jane, Bec and Annie.
The program is a great balance of pushing the kids to make progress, but still fun and the kids want to come back every week.

We’ve seen a big improvement in 4-8 weeks.
The lessons are structured really well, and the kids are swimming for over 20 minutes of the 30 min lesson.

Even desk staff brought over pencil and paper for older child to color while I was in the pool with younger child. Facilities are clean and in good shape.

Great swim school with a variety of class times available. Very clean environment with some awesome instructors. Some of the younger instructors need a little more training/guidance I feel but those who have been there a while are fantastic, especially with little kids. The only thing I’m not super happy with is that they don’t seem to update the swimming capabilities for the child on the app all that frequently so it’s difficult to know which syllabus areas they are yet to meet.

The best swim school around! Have been taking my kids there for the past four years and the teachers and management are beyond passionate and skilled in their work. Always a friendly environment to be in, clean and tidy centre and ample parking is always a bonus. The manager knows both my children well, is encouraging and very caring for all patrons. Can not fault Niagra Park 5 Star Swimming! Highly recommend! ⭐️
