I saw Dr. Maria on Friday - what an absolute delight she is! I was so comfortable with her and when I had to pop across for a removal, she made me feel very calm.
If I had to nit pick, I would say that it was a little disappointing to not be sent home with any dressings, which meant that I had to run around the next day finding some and the nurse was a little inconsistent with her after care instructions - but I have been seeing them for years and feel very safe with them

I was talked into seeing a skin Dr by a friend as a precaution. I arranged an appointment with Dr Ben Nicholas and at the first appointment he found 2 areas of concern. One was a BCC and the other was Melanoma. Both concerns were treated very professionally and I could not have asked for better service.
I will certainly be back for regular check ups (hopefully no further concerns). Thanks Dr Ben I appreciate the compassion and how you looked after me.

I've been coming to 4D Skin clinic for several years now and have always been treated with great care and professionalism. Dr Benes found a tiny Melanoma during one of my regular skin checks , Dr Heigl removed it promptly and I'm very happy with the result. The nurses have been amazing and the receptionists are friendly and professional. The cosmetic clinic has been a great addition to their services, the nurses are fantastic at their job and have won me over as a regular client. Definitely recommend highly.

Made appointment in February specifically for PDT. Paid roughly $300 for initial consult only then to be told PDT machine broken so they will be in touch when it is repaired. Contacted me 4 months later to book me in and to say as it has been some time since my consult that I will need an appointment before having the treatment. I refused as I live an hour away and that was the sole reason for my visit and they agreed the appointment would be on the day. As this treatment requires 2 weeks being at home, I rescheduled work etc so I could have 2 weeks at home. I was then called by them 2 days before treatment was due cancelling as the only person who can operate the machine has covid. I rescheduled if for about 6 weeks later to give me time to arrange my 2 weeks at home. I then missed a call from them again telling me I need to make an appointment to see them before the treatment and asking me to call back. I tried to call and there was a message on machine saying there is longer waits than usual as they are short staffed so after being on hold for 20 minutes I hung up. I have since received 2 texts asking me to call and I have tried to text back that they can call me please and I don't wish to drive an hour for another appointment pre treatment. I now need to reschedule the appointment by a day or two so tried sending an email on their website as they are not responding to my texts and trying to call results in a ridiculous amount of time on hold but after typing a big long message and hitting send, I got an error message and it went back to a blank screen so I have no idea if the message even went through.
At this stage I feel like cancelling as I don't wish to pay for a second "follow up" appointment as that is what I went there the first time for. Very frustrating tryng to deal with this company.

I've never felt more comfortable or more trust in any procedures. Vanessa is amazing and I can't recommend her highly enough. Caring, kind and understanding. I've had a lot of appointments with Vanessa and she always goes way beyond all expectations. Dr Rainer also amazing. Great communication, I felt very comfortable with him. Very very happy with 4D. Always an amazing experience!! The staff at 4D are always welcoming and professional.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Rainer Heigl for just over 2 years now for Botox and I’m always happy with his service and the results, he is extremely thorough and provides a natural result.
4D is a one stop shop for all things skin! I’ve now been buying my skincare through 4D and recently got one of their hydro facials. My skin has never felt or looked better!

4D Skin clinic - the best in the business.
I have had Botox with Dr Rainer for two years now. He takes the time for a professional consult, is incredibly precise and caring throughout the whole process. His work looks natural and I've gained so much confidence since getting the treatments. I’ve also gotten yearly skin check ups and bought beautiful skincare from 4D.
10/10 Would recommend!

My husband had a skin check here. $440:00 initial
visit .."oh, but you will get
$139 back" 😮
After results came back, quote was given ... $450 for 1 small melanoma to be removed... then $190 theatre fee on top as well as $65.00 in dressings. 3mm x 3mm !
I phoned and cancelled appointment for this to happen. Just ridiculous!!
3 days later, another phone call and " oh, we can do it for $190 in total 🤷‍♀️
Seriously, do you really care about people or just want us to fund your holidays
