Im shocked at the audacity of the phlebotomist who was there today. My child who was so sick, was referred gor a blood test. All I did was just leaned my head in (door was open) and said Hi, I m here for a blood test. That was enough to piss her off....and she exploded like a time bomb yelling at me "SO TAKE A NUMBER AND WAIT OUTSIDE LIKE EVERYBODYELSE!!" She was so rude and intimidating! I felt humiliated and complained to the clinic manager who gave me a form to fill which we all know goes to trash and just kept apologizing instead of taking action. She said its a differrent company so we have to give complain form to the manager. I dont feel safe to ever go back to 4cyte hampton park because there is a frustrated worker who is God knows going through what and yells at sick people, humilliates them. Looks like she is overworked and needs days off.... 0 manners 0 work ethics 0 empathy ... just tons of arrogance!! If you are not happy with your job then leave it...dont take your frustration out on others specially with sick people.

Thank you to the young lady at the pathology for making the experience stress free for my parents ( specially when there were a whole bunch of tests required ). The establishment is super clean and well maintained with amazing front reception staff as well who politely offered us face masks when we did not have one.

Earlier today just went to get a blood test done. She tried my both arms and keep withdrawing and inserting the needles again and again to get some blood but couldn’t. I was very disappointed and she did not even say sorry until she notice I was not pleasant. Everytime she can feel my vessels clearly and she was very confident inserting the needle and she was asking me ‘what’s wrong’ when she couldn’t get the blood. The pathologist I met before they can easily get my blood without second try. My both arms very sore at the moment and I can see bruises underneath. It will affect my work tomorrow. I have to go back again to do blood test until the bruises heal. Poor service and wasting my time! No greeting when met us this morning! Poor hand hygiene as I noticed! Poor technique! Not recommending at all to other patients!

I cannot fault the phlebotomist who works at this clinic full time. Nat has been taking my blood frequently for years during multiple pregnancy losses. She is extremely gentle, yet so efficient -It has set the bar extraordinarily high. I without a doubt will send my young kids for blood draws with her knowing they won’t even feel a thing! Highly recommend!

Finding correct vain for blood sample when you have thick arms, its not easy and through out my life I faced this issue. Thanks alot 4cyte pharmacy in Hampton Park, the lady over there was so expert. The pharmacy is highly recommended. I visited on 4th Oct 2022 and the lady who took my sample made it so quick and smooth with almost negligible waiting time.
