Doctors were under trained. I arrived at 850 and checked in. I sat there waiting for 45 minutes for an appointment that was set 2 weeks in advance. Then after sitting for 45 minutes after I checked in they gave me 10 pages of paper work to complete...then I sat more waiting for my appointment at 930. This place is horrible

The doctors will walk out of your appointment without telling you that they are moving on to the next patient without actually talking to you about your concerns, treatment plan, or the next steps in diagnostics or offer you a moment to ask questions.

If you want to feel like a worthless human being, look no further! The support staff is great, but the doctors ( the ones we pay so much money for) can use a few lessons in basic manners. On my recent teledoc visit, I was told, "Your body is like a bicycle. If you don't use it, it will rust." Huh? I'm 60 years old, in good shape. I exercise daily. My hip has been hurting for three months. Does the doctor not listen? I think she is very kind, probably overworked. But I feel hopeless after every appointment. My insurance sucks, though, so I'll settle for mediocre for the time being.

Probably one of the most unorganized and unprofessional medical clinics I’ve ever been to. The office staff would not communicate a message regarding a missing prescription for a vaccine to my PCP Dr. Melchor. As a health care professional, a prescription for this vaccine is critical for my safety as a provider. I would ask the office staff a question one week, and they would tell me to follow up the next week (as they didn’t have the answer) in case they “forgot” to call me back. When I would follow up the subsequent week, they wouldn’t have whatever question I had answered or respective issue resolved. Frustrated, I asked for the name of the person answering my call. The woman answering my call then hung up on me! I then called back and spoke to another woman. I asked her if she could give me the name of the woman who had hung up on me. She stated she was legally unable to do so. I then asked for the manager. She told me she was the manager. I then asked the manager for her first and last name. She told me her first name was Rebecca, but that she was legally unable to tell me her last name. I then asked her how I could file a complaint. She told me someone would call me back to assist me in filing a complaint. I asked her when I should expect the call. She replied that she couldn’t give me an answer. DO NOT COME HERE FOR CARE. I’m astounded as to how difficult it has been to get basic preventative care from this clinic. As a healthcare professional, I have the resources and knowledge to advocate for myself, yet I still had difficulty receiving treatment for my medical needs. For other laypeople that lack this knowledge, it would be even easier for the clinic to ignore their medical needs and dismiss their questions.

I switched to 3C clinic from GP with whom I 've been for years and I could not be happier. Appointments are available next day ( I used to having to wait for weeks), clean, new, modern office. Very nice front desk. They always follow up to let me know o the status of the referral authorization.

This clinic doesn't have same days appointments... worse experience ever... Yet this clinic is always empty... this wasn't an urgent matter but needed medical help to prevent an urgent matter... customer service said NO SAME APPOINTMENT NO EXCEPTIONS...I am new to this clinic... sadly I will have start looking for a place that cares for patients health...
