Good to have ease of access to the practice and ample parking yet there is a nearby mechanic on the same side of road so access is always available.
Was a below average experience, called service to book rather than through an app, had a handful of details miscommunicated through this experience.

Although I was flexible on time, bookings were far a few between however two days ahead as possible.

Upon arrival had a poor experience with the service member, minimal empathy, professional and skill, I’m sure plenty was going so I would say that more attention is needed to support this position.
Was recommended to have a double booking, although we rushed through this double session, several of the time consuming issues were all connected to the single issue of review that I had booked for medical attention.
Medical staff tried either with too much empathy on a few small things during the appointment or limited their view to just what they knew as after at a later consultation I had a few areas that were reviewed in my original appointment that raised concern with the third party appointment I attended.
Paying was simple, toilet facilities were accessible and clean.
Was charged more that I was quoted over the phone and couldn’t gather much perspective on what the original price was based on.

Absolutely love this clinic! Everyone is super friendly and helpful, and I can always rely on an appointment being available at short times notice. I had an extremely disappointing and unethical experience at this clinic. My appointment was incorrectly double-booked, and instead of conducting my consultation properly, the doctor sent me out to complete a mental health plan assessment alone—something that, as a social worker, I know is not standard practice. When I returned, he was making phone calls to other clients during my scheduled time and told me to wait.

When I finally got to discuss my concerns, the doctor ran out of time and refused to provide my prescription, instead asking me to rebook for the next day. However, he then canceled my appointment an hour before. I lodged a formal complaint with reception, and they assured me I would receive a follow-up, but no one ever got back to me. I followed up twice with no response.

To make matters worse, I was sent the wrong referral, and when I requested a refund for the mishandled appointment, they instead took additional money from my account. Despite multiple attempts to clarify and request a refund.

This clinic demonstrated extremely poor communication, unethical practices, and a complete lack of care for its patients. I strongly advise others to avoid this place if they expect professionalism.

The Medical Centre’s opening hours from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM make it really convenient for patients with busy schedules. Dr. Konadi is excellent—he always takes the time to listen carefully and discuss any medical concerns in detail. The waiting time can sometimes be longer than expected, but it's understandable, as each patient’s needs are different and may take more time. Overall, a caring and professional service.
