寄错货拒不承认，要消费者承担损失，咨询过律师朋友，他们明确违反Australian customer law，但是他们无所谓，游走在澳洲法律和中国法律之间，不管哪边对消费者权益的保护都视而不见，反正吃准了小数额大多数惹人嫌麻烦懒得申诉，可谓死猪不怕开水烫。

The shop disregards the Australian customer law and shipped wrong and faulty products to their customers. They take the advantage of people who are unfamiliar with the customer rights and make not being honest. It is a shame that we have such a business running here and make profits. For ppl we see the reviews, there were a numerous of people were complaining about it. REPORT TO FAIR TRADING AND ACCC, they don’t deserve to be here.

强烈不建议这家代购店！！！这家卖东西只管卖不管售后，刚刚买了不到3小时，发现有质量问题，请求换货。当时买的时候时候由于赶火车没来的急急时检查，返回店的时候店长说你买的时候怎么不看好啊，我们又没有强加让你买啊！如果你不满意，你自己联系厂家！本打算买来送给小侄女做礼物的，但是刚买回家给朋友一看，说怎么一股化学味道，请问怎么给小孩子呢？才刚刚买的，也没有用，想着就换保健品吧，怎么也不能给孩子啊！哪知店里的人横的不得了。给人一种我家的货好不容易卖出去啦，坚决不退！来澳洲这么久了，头一次碰上这么厉害的中国代购店

网上下单买了一瓶铁元素，疫情期间9天寄到国内，还说是澳洲本地发货，关键是东西没包装好，瓶子漏了用不了，直接说跟他们无关让我找快递，快递又甩锅让我找礼品店，20多澳币的东西，这些澳洲的牛鬼蛇神就原型毕露了
