As a parent of a child with additional needs, I understand the critical importance of time. Organizing therapy, navigating NDIS, and striving to do what’s best for my child is a challenging process. Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been extremely disappointing and has resulted in wasted time and exhausted resources.

There are numerous issues that I could highlight, but the most pressing concern is the lack of communication. We were abruptly dropped by our therapist without any prior notice or explanation. The only correspondence I received was a letter thanking us for our support and requesting that we sign an exit form after nearly a year of their service.

This experience has forced us back onto waitlists to find another therapist for my son, which is incredibly frustrating. I cannot recommend this company, as it appears that their focus is more on financial gain than on the well-being of the children they serve.

Please do yourself a favor and avoid using this company; your child deserves better care and support.

I have never been before in a place like this and i didn’t know what to expect! Starting with the owner and reception people and getting to Kryssa and Stan the two amazing young people that look after my grandson,I’m impressed with their professionalism ! They look after him like is their own: loving,caring ,patient ! My grandson improved heaps not only physic but in his trust in them! Their hard work is visible and i recomand them to who ever needs help! I’m thanking them from the bottom of my heart!

This company at 1st seemed like the perfect place for my son after looking for months then it went downhill fast

They made alot of promises in the 1st initial appointment only to not deliver on any

Week after week appointments was changed last minute due to Joyce the OT becoming unwell which is understandable however when it kept happening there was a pattern.
They never got back to me for make up sessions even though seng said she would.

The sessions my son was receiving I watched & couldn't believe what was happening. 13yr old being taught how to build with big blocks is not what OT should be. Was never given any update or notes on what the plan is to help him

Seng just says thank you for your understanding after sending excuses through by text message! Sorry but that is a joke. My son desperately needs OT & thanks to this joke of a company I'm back at square 1 looking again. Definitely do not recommend after the stuff around.

Alot of companies these days are about money when it comes to NDIS plans & this company is no different especially after I was rushed to hospital for nearly losing my unborn baby but them doing an invoice was more important
