Completely avoid. I booked a Telehealth consult for a repeat prescription and never called. They always run late but this time was really bad. They completely forgot to call. Then when I emailed them they responded saying they decided (quite funny) to cancel it and that it is under their discretion to prescribe a medicine. Also that under some legislation they actually cannot prescribe it (which has been prescribed for 2 years) in Telehealth appointments. So it seems like they have not been complaining with the legislation during those years (?)

I had a good experience with Dr Parvin Dasht Poor. She assisted me and gave me exactly what I wanted/needed. Living regional, my use of Telehealth is somewhat frequent. I definitely will be using 24/7 Medcare again and requesting Dr Parvin Dasht Poor

Book an appointment with dr Parvin and she called me like 20 mins late. I was very sick, completely lost my voice and my throat was very painful. I told her everything and I asked for antibiotics. She said ‘no need’ just drink water, rest and take cold flu panadol. Yoo - I can also be a GP if i just tell people drink water, rest and take panadol. She was in the middle of something, pretty sure not typing my symptoms but do other stuff. The phone call last like less than 2 mins. Lucky I dont to have to pay anything because of my medical insurance (technically i paid) otherwise i will report her to ACCC for negligence. Horrible service.

Worst GP, and for questions you got, receptionist Janine loves taking over and assert her own thoughts. She could even not proceed with bookings for a conversation with the GP at her own will. While for the GP Dr Parvin, knowing that I am a pregnant patient and she wouldn’t allow me to talk over my concern and cut the line after she forces you to hear whatever she needs to say. No professional medical knowledge and judgement at all. Obviously these are abusive behavior that should not be tolerated.

This poorly managed telehealth company should never exist and abuse patients. For those who encounter problems please report the company together and stop them from operating anymore.

Avoid!!!
I had a telehealth call to get a script and doctors cert for work, the call lasted approx 1 min and I was advised the cert and script would be emailed to me, I have now been on hold with reception for 36mins to follow up on my script as it was never sent. Quick to take your money but not give sick people what they need!

I'm very time poor and had a raging infection in my gum. Booked online and had a call back within 30 minutes. Had a script txt to me within 10 minutes, I emailed that to my pharmacist, and I'll have that delivered to me in the next hour. Dr Nwaegerue was courteous & efficient.

$60 for a 10 minute appointment that was around an hour late where the doctor clearly wasn’t comfortable providing any material support and suggested I should go to a face to face appointment anyway.

I’ve had other Telehealth appointments where doctors will try and diagnose effectively, 24-7MedCare isn’t that kind of service and you’d have better luck calling Health Direct or similar

Booked appointment and was given a MHCP before being told it was invalid months later and am now put of pocket to pay for bulk billed consultations because of 24-7medcare.
