Good service, specifically bulk-billed. Got a consultation from the Dr straight forward. Dr Qu was good and cared for the patient. He asked a lot of questions to help out with my issues even though I only asked for a medical certificate.

This service is absolute rubbish. It took me an hour and fifteen minutes to eventually speak to someone. My details were taken and my account deducted of $60 straight away. I was told I would get a call back from a Doctor within three hours. No such call came. We eventually found a walk-in clinic available to us. I was on hold for over an hour to cancel the Telehealth call, and get a refund, when I had to hang up as my wife got in to see the Doctor. I’ve called back and been on hold for over 35 minutes this time. The banal recorded message keeps telling me they are available for urgent medical assistance, well I’d be dead and buried before I got any help from this mob. I’ll never use this service again.

Booked at 8pm and had a GP here within 3 hours. The doctor was incredibly kind and informative. Recommended by a friend & absolutely blown away by the service. Thank you for making this experience so comforting!!

We tried to use this service in the past at 3am and was told the wait time would be very long. This time we booked at 7pm as all the late night clinics were full. The doctor arrived at 7.30pm, I was pretty amazed at how quick the response was. Dr was efficient, thorough and patient w our child who is unwell. Would recommend for those that don’t have late night clinics near them with a situation not severe enough to go to ER

Rubbish! Can’t get home Dr to a non-rural city even. When you try to book online for a Telehealth consult, you enter all your details then when you click on pay for consultation it gives you the option to call 13 number on which you have to wait over 30-60mins or longer. Useless!

I called 13Sick on a Sunday morning 18Jul21 around 7am as my 7 month old baby had been coughing a lot with phlegm and could not breathe normally. They took our call and informed a Dr will attend to our house within 8am to 12pm the same day.
We waited and waited and kept receiving messages about delays.
Up to 2pm when my baby had been very unsettled and stopped feeding for hours, still coughing with lota of mucus, we took her to ED.
When we first arrived at ED around 2.30pm the Dr called. I just said to him that we just arrived in ED and even before u finished my sentences, he said it's all good and turned off the phone. We were totally happy to turn back home for him to come over as he is still 20 mins away, but we did not have any opportunities to say it. It was a private number so I could not call back. We then had to wait for 1 hour in the ED for her to be seen. The whole 9 hours without any medical care and even a slice of compassion from the National Home Dr was absolutely disastrous.
I could not describe how this is called urgent medical GP service when it was not in any way urgent care. U trued to call back twice but 1 hour on the phone each time no answer. So frustrated if they dare to claim any medicare benefits when there was no benefits provided to the patients.

Perhaps the most useless and Overhyped service. It has never been useful for me , I called last time couple of months back and being told that the Dr is over booked and we cannot do anything and we had to rush our infant daughter to Hospital in the middle of night. Today again When I called I was told the same , and on my plead and request the phone was hang up by the operator. My daughter is extremely sick and it was 7:00 AM in the morning.
Whats the point of having these sort of fancy services when you cannot help people in distress. Pathetic disappointing and Shame on you guys

Bookings system is a broken loop, website asks you to choose to accept or decline a telehealth appointment. If you decline it resets the booking form. If you accept it forces you to dial the number.
When you call you are told if you want a telehealth appointment to book online, if you stay on the line the wait was over 30min, at which point I gave up.
