Tried Telehealth 3 times with no success - got 2 calls from a Doctor but couldn't hear him. Asked him to call back - he did once but the line was just as bad - sounded like he was 5 metres from the phone. Later their voicemail asked me to call back - that number was just their prerecorded options. Tried home visit but no Doctors available. Got a call from "reception" who said they didn't have a Doctor with that name so she said another Doctor would call - that call literally went straight to voicemail so I was back at square one.
Now I've given all my details to a business that doesn't seem to care & has GP's that don't seem to work there! Overall, an extremely frustrating & pointless experience. I'll have to wait for 10 days, get on my mobility scooter & push through the pain to get to my regular GP who's booked out.
Don't bother if you need an urgent script! ?

Called them. Had tested positive for COVID and RSV. I was full of mucus and infected. I asked for antibiotics and got told "nah it'll be fine just wait it out". It was literally a 2 minute pointless phone call. I went to a real in-person GP and ended up getting an antibiotic prescription in minutes with that Doctor confirming I needed it - he referred to 13Cure as nothing but a pointless hotline. Never again!

Don't bother using them, they don't care. They don't care about your medical history and wouldn’t listen to my needs. Call lasted less than 4 minutes and they hung up. Disgusting practice. I will never use them again and I strongly encourage you to use a different service.

Horrible service don't waste your time. I contacted for an after hours home appointment noting Appendicitis symptoms via online booking form. I received a prompt call to advise there were no doctors available for home visits (core service offering), but they could write me a script and send it to me. I script for appendicitis 🙂 When I reiterated the symptoms I was rudely told "then try someone else!" I had surgery the next day.

Terrible service, the staff on the phones are lazy and disrespectful with no regard or empathy for their sick clients. The wait before you are rung by a doctor was over 3 hours and I was told this is normal! Just don’t waste your time, anywhere is better than this, hotdoc and doctorsondemand are much better.

Is a long waiting time,but the Dr.is came abd the service is very good, will always going to use this service is really good if you have a young children sick better than took them to waiting at the emergency room at the hospital.

Useless and dissapointed. Called in early morning on a Sunday and they couldn´t even get a telemedicine appointment befor 11 PM. But the worst is that the prescription never arrived, and now it is impossible to get in touch with them, no one answers, they don´t care at all. Never using this again.

Lucky you even got that. Rang at 3.30pm to ask if Doctor is in Geelong.. refuses to give answer and says “you must wait til 6.00pm”. So I registered, details, address etc, and then phone rings. Same gentleman saying “there is no doctor in your area”. Is there one tomorrow? “You ring tomorrow and see”. Biggest scam going!! Address, DOB and Medicare number … WOW.
