What a combination failure, the app is horrendous to use and fails to open a majority of the time. After finally getting onto someone taking the booking, the receptionist clearly doesn't understand English. It took longer to translate my details to the person making the booking than the doctor. The doctor was the worst of the lot, I am susceptible to a certain stomach bug. I have had it multiple times as a plumber. The doctor didn't listen talked over me, and had no interest in listening. What these drs don't understand is I own and operate this body. 365 days a year for 42 years, i know my body well, also know when I am suffering from this type of infection. I have had many tests over the decades they always come back negative. The antibiotics always clear it up. The only thing this Dr seemed to want to do is be right, arrogant and dangerous.

Waited all day and then was put in a queue at 6pm. I needed a doctors visit because of the swelling in both legs and feet. I got a Telehealth appointment which I didn’t understand as they would need to see the legs and feet. She was abrupt, condescending and very rude! Asking me why I opted for a Telehealth appointment when she needed to see my legs. Told me to go to the hospital, call an ambulance. I tried to tell her I have absent seizures under stress with my epilepsy and I don’t go anywhere alone. She said she can’t help me and asked if there was anything else she could help me with. I told her in a few choice words that this had all been a waste of time. She spoke over me, wouldn’t let me get two words out really. Was absolutely disgusted with the whole experience. Why would you make a patient a Telehealth appointment with swollen legs and feet, I know I didn’t! I only rang them because I couldn’t walk on them to be able to get to a doctor. I was fuming when I got off the phone after a consultation that lasted less than 3 minutes. Plus they billed me for it!

Rang to make appointment with doctor, told the consultant my symptoms, gastric issues, received a text message 5 minutes later that the doctor would rather not come and present my symptoms to the hospital. If you didn’t want to come just have the day off and stop wasting peoples time.

As a nurse,, I'm disgusted by the low iq receptionists who are not medically trained. One spoke to supervisor and said they will be sending doctor out for my autistic son. Then they hung up mid call. After 30 min waiting in line again...,the educationally challenged receptionist receptionist ummed and ahhed.. That woman was not trained and refused to help. I also got highschool teenager attitude from her. We don't 'ummmm ok' in a snarky tone, because you have upset the patient. Leave your ego at home when pretending to work in health care. Imagined if I treated your Nan's and Pops like that..... don't act hard done by because a patient had an impatient tone with you. I get punches thrown by dementia...people in health are not shop workers honey. We expect most of our patients to be at their lowest mood.
Don't trust doctors who hire their youthful mistresses just so they can hang out with them without the wife complaining. I see you.
Do better.

Never use this service. I waited over 8 hours needing a script filled and when I phoned after 8 hours I could not be given where I was in line for Telehealth not a home visit. BUT if I was willing to pay extra I could be prioritised and speak to a doctor in 30mins-1hour.

How convenient and how much integrity is missing when if you’re wealthy enough you can go to the head of the queue ahead of others who can’t afford to pay. Suddenly I got a call. I had been asked to send through an email from my neurologist which I did and informed them my reason for needing a doctor. The doctor was courteous but said the script could not be filled and I asked why then did 2 call centre personnel not know basic facts and immediately tell me I could not be helped?

This is simply a money making business when the doctor suggested I should complain to the company about my concerns that CSRs do not know the very basic facts that certain scripts cannot be filled according to govt regulations. Even I knew that but it was my husband who tried helping me on a public holiday when my neurologist was away for 3 weeks.

Steer clear of this mob.

These services should not be allowed to operate with such poor service. Good tax dollars are being used to provide no service. I waited 4 hours for a doctor to not show up. I called and was told they would call me back as soon as they got hold of the doctor. Another 40 mins passes I call back and ask what is happening and get told the exact same thing. When I said to the lady that exactly what the last lady said I copped a spray of attitude saying she just started and it’s not her fault etc etc. it’s midnight and they can’t even be bothered to give the slightest hint of an ETA. It’s just rubbish. These home doctor services were excellent when they started and now I can’t find a single good one.

I would of loved to have left a zero star review but was unable. Booked doctor at 9:30 am. Told they started at 10 am. Thats fine. Still waiting at 2 pm. Called again as per requested after 4 hours of no visit. Call centre said they would contact Doctor. Called again at 4:30 pm to be told they had come at 2:32 pm. No calls or texts to either phone number requested at time of booking. Poor form. Don't bother. I thought these services were to relieve the over crowded ED department at Hospitals. Should of just gone to sit at Hospital. At least would of been seen by doctor. Going to do the walk in at Riverlink. Poor form

Terrible service. The telehealth doctor that called me was rude and impatient.

The video system they work with is useless.

This doctor's mind was set in a pre-diagnosis he made before even talking to me. Barely let me tell him how and what I was feeling.

His diagnosis was sinus infection. Prescribed Blackmore supplements. I tried to tell him that this was more bronchitis than sinus but he wouldn't listen.

Yesterday we had to go to the ER for my son's fever (my son had all my other symptoms too), after a thorough examination ER doc said we all had Influenza B.
