Firstly Dr Rumana's personal care to the patient is outstanding. Everyone is an individual and she shows she wants the best for each and everyone one of her patients.
She explains exactly what is occurring with your teeth and listens intently to her patients.

Secondly her bubbling personality is the best. She comes across as such a positive person and nothing seems a problem to her.

Highly recommend her as a dentist.

I have ben seeing Dr Craig at Upper Ross 1300Smiles for the last few weeks and am extremely happy with the service he has provided to me, I was that happy that I have changed my husbands and kids dentist to be with Dr Craig too. His communication is fantastic, he really cares about his patients and is very gentle. Coming to the dentist makes me very anxious and he takes that away and makes me feel at ease within minutes of me sitting in the dentist chair. I would highly recommend him and his team at Upper Ross as they have been fantastic, informative and their communication is amazing!

I was very anxious after a lot of public dental work over the years. But I was pleasantly surprised to be in and out within minutes, including having a wisdom tooth extracted! Very calm Dental team, made me feel at ease and were very efficient and professional. I will recommend to everyone.

My son had a dental emergency and the team at 1300 were amazing. They managed to fit us in with no notice and everyone was so kind and gentle. This was my son's first trip to he dentist and despite the circumstances he left with a big smile on his face!! Highly recommend!

Had an appointment with Dr Rumana Gulam today and she was the best dentist I have ever been to! She is very gentle, caring & provided both my partner and I with amazing service. Definitely recommend seeing her & we will definitely be returning to her! 🙂

Dr Rumana Gulam, the lovely Dental Nurse, and Heath in Reception, were all was very knowledgeable, professional, and fantastic at reducing my anxiety both physically and financially. The practice was clean and easy to access, and I don't have to wait too long for my next appointment.

I definitely get nervous when it come to the dentist. However i loved how positive Dr. Rumana was and she explained everything in detail, she was also as gentle as she could be and all of this made my experience so much easier and very comfortable.

I would 100% recommend Dr. Rumana and i will definitely be going back there in the future.

Dr Rumana and her assistant were both great. I have a terrible fear of the dentist and a very complicated extraction to be done. Dr Rumana was very calming and kind and got the tooth out without having to resort to surgery. She was fantastic, warming and professional. I will be back and my fear for the dentist has been soothed by this visit. Thank you 😊
