I had to get a pre-travel covid test done at short notice to travel to Japan. My experience has been nothing short of exceptional! I walked in a few minutes before closure, anxious I might get turned away with my request and lose my chance to catch my flight on Saturday. What I found was an incredible warm reception and a genuine interest to help me with my urgent need. Yukari and her team went out of their way and got everything organised in no time and I am ready to go. Please go to this clinic. Last time I had a service experience that came close was when I lived in Japan. Great to know it also exists here in Sydney!

The service at Town Hall Medical Clinic is exceptional! I needed to get a documented COVID test before traveling to Japan. Everybody that works there is very friendly and Yukari, in particular, helped me schedule and expedite my test results, as well as offered endless support should I have any issues with the test, travel, etc.

Town Hall Clinic has been in operation for several years during which time we have recommended many satisfied patients. 初めての利用でした。鼻水があるからとズーム対応の診察になりましたが、何故かズームが繋がらず、写真を見て多少の会話をするだけの診察になりました。何一つ解明せず、薬で様子を見るという結果になりました。
薬局で相談して薬を買った時となんら変わりないような気がしました。果たしてなんの時間とお金だったのかと感じています。
自分はオーストラリアで病院なんて行ったことなかったので、頼りにして連絡した状態でしたが、この経験は良かったとはとてもじゃないですが言えません。
